The Improvements The £90 million redevelopment of the Plymouth Grove/Stockport Road area of Ardwick spans 30 years. Regeneration work includes a major refurbishment programme of tenants’ homes and an extensive new build programme. 
The estate design is being remodelled, with the development of new homes and a ‘Green Route’, which will include three neighbourhood parks. The green route will form an attractive and safe route through the village with places to walk, play and relax.
